Jung Suwon is a great martial arts school. It has benefited me in many different ways, including physically and mentally. It has been 2 years since I started training, and I have lost 30 pounds. Also, I have greatly improved my flexibility. All of the black belt instructors are very supportive. I would recommend this school to all of my friends and family.

I go here after work and it is a great way to de-stress and let the day go. I've gained strength and confidence and also met really nice people. The environment is family friendly, and people of all ages train here. Highly recommend coming here.
