Kama Fitness believes Fitness should be Fun! Our experienced and certified instructors guide students through Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and Fitness Training to small groups and private sessions.

Safety is always first as we help students discover fun ways of getting fit and enjoying movement in their bodies.
