I just moved in. My neighbor recommended this company and warned me they are not cheap. I called at 9:00 and two men showed up at 11:00. The water ran off from ceiling. I found one broken water pipe just by hand touching. (I am chemist not engineer) But they insisted to do "cut purge tee and draw off the test water lines with air". But after doing this, they can't figure out what happened. I asked them to fix the water pipe first but they did nothing and tried to find more leakage according to them. We saw water coming out from shower valves and told them when they first came. Then they found that two blown cartridges for Delta shower valves were broken. They suggested to go out and buy these cartridges for me. According to them, the store was just miles away down the street. I just let them leave without fixing anything. But I took 40 mins one way to get to the store they mentioned. I called another company the next day. They fixed the broken water pipe and changed blown cartridges for Delta shower valves within half an hour. I was charged $150 for fixing everything from the second company. I was charged for $176 from Kirkland & Shaw for "cut purge tee and draw off the test water lines with air. found two blown cartridges for Delta shower valves". Invoice number is Q5664. I don't think they really know what they are doing.
