They have enough staff to send someone onsite to repair or replace components. They are also very responsive to IT support tickets. All IT Companies have an auto-reply, but most are much slower to respond. Kloud9IT always responds quickly to service ticket requests.

Responsiveness is the best thing. When your client has an issue, respond promptly and with empathy with the appropriate attention and urgency. That’s what really matters.
