As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly front desk person. They have a ton of classes with very energetic instructors to choose from. Just when you think you have seen it all, you walk down a small hallway to a door that opens to a huge field turf filled with many of the training tools that I like to use... tires, kettlebells, agility ladders, medicine balls, etc. And in the far back is where the ultra serious people go... the Crossfitters. I saw people doing handstands, muscle-ups and Olympic lifting like I have not seen in any other gym! A huge thumbs up for Lakeside!!!
