He founded real estate development company, Stable Development, using his unique Shared Equity Model™ in partnering with long-term tenants to ensure a successful "win-win" arrangement for all - which has grown to ownership of more than 500,000 feet of commercial, medical and professional space. Lance, who is a Nevada native, graduated from the University of Nevada-Reno with a bachelor's degree in accounting. While attending UNR he played baseball with the Wolfpack and was also a member of accounting fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi. Presently, he is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization, the Nevada Society of CPA's, as well as the American Institute of CPA's.
