Larkin Creek Luxury Apartments in Greece is HORRIBLE! Graded F!!

Horrible place and Horrible management!

They never give you anything that they promise you when you first look at the place or sign your lease. They never complete any tasks in a timely manner and they dont care for any of their residents...they only care for the money that is coming in. Unless you just need a storage place this is NOT the place for anyone....especially if you intend to live here for more than 1 year.

AND BE AWARE!! they have a clause on their lease that even if they do not fulfill their duties that is NOT a means of voiding the contract UNLESS they void it themselves.... such a rip off!

And if you complain than you are on their bad side, then good luck in getting ANYTHING fixed!

Parking is ridiculous! You can not find parking anywhere near your apartment unless you get home around 3-4 after that good luck in getting parking... they should have atleast had one parking spot marked for each apt so atleast if you have a child or elderly person you can have a permanent spot!

Police people are a regular here, winter time not so much but out of 12 months 2 months of police free is still crazy!

I would never recommend this place even to my enemy! Will cause you so much stress even to get through to these people...and if you call Management dont bother! they are just as rude as the rental office people they dont want to hear it!

Bye Bye Larkin Creek! Good Luck to those who are still there and RUN RUN RUNNNNN for those considering the place! any positive feedback on this place i would think is from the management themselves!
