Whether I am drafting a contract, advising an individual or small business owner how to avoid litigation, or advocating for a client in court, every day I go to work I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of my clients.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and being a business owner myself, I am intimately aware of the issues that confront entrepreneurs in today’s economy. I excelled in law school; earning my J.D. with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

My practice is focused primarily in the areas of small business law, real estate law, civil litigation, and government/regulatory law. I am an active member of the Colorado Bar Association. I am licensed practice law by the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
