About us
Laxmi is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in clinical nutrition. She is licensed dietitian with the State of Florida and an active member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Laxmi completed a didactic program in dietetics from Kansas State University, and a dietetic internship from Andrews University/Florida Hospital in Orlando, FL. Laxmi has been providing nutritional counseling for almost 10 years. She first worked for the Florida Department of Health’s WIC (Women, Infant and Children) program for approximately 5 years providing nutritional education to pregnant, post-partum, and breast feeding women. Later, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian in multiple hospital settings.
