I purchased my truck and trailer from you for entry into Mexico this December, After some 50+ years of driving and 6 years of driving in Mexico accident free, I had an accident. The tail end of my tailer sideswiped a parked car as I was making a sharp left turn. The damage to the side of the car was sinificant. Qualitas was contracted and an agent came out from Puerto Vallarta on a Sunday. The agent was very professional and settled the incident to everyones satisfaction quickly and efficienty. I cannot say enough good words about Qualitas supported me through this and honoured an insurance contract. I would appreciate it if you would let them know my feelings and that I would endorse their services to anyone.
