As part of the Living Building Pilot Program, Liza seeks to enhance the symbiotic relationship between residents, nature, and the community as a whole, specifically focusing on the use of renewable energy, providing ecological benefits to the Eastlake neighborhood, and the creation of a pedestrian oriented community.
