Longhorn III Investments of Houston Texas is a private hard money real estate investment mortgages lender based in Houston, TX.
We started the Houston location in 2014 to help provide hard money loans to the single family residential investing market in Houston area. We have grown to expanded our hard money loan programs to to include multifamily and commercial investment properties as well.
As a Houston Texas based lender we will fund both the rehab and purchase price of up to 100% of acquisition and rehab costs.
Our complimentary businesses includes a title company that operates in all aspects of single family investing, and our combined law practice of over 27 years.
