After purchasing a used Tundra from Lynch Toyota I experienced a few problems with the vehicle, some of which were caused by the dealer replacing parts with cheap aftermarket parts. They admitted lying to me about using generic parts but were not willing to replace them with the correct Toyota replacement parts. They will tell you what you want to hear before the sale but when problems arise they are insulting and rude. I returned my Toyota Certified Vehicle customer survey recently and gave them a very poor rating. Toyota customer service called me and informed me that there were several complaints about unresolved issues with Lynch Toyota.
