Mai Thai Restaurant

This was the worst Thai restaurant I have ever been to, and I have been to many around the country. I ordered the Panang curry with Tofu and Pad Thai noodles for takeout. I initially thought the price was very high, but I decided to give it a try since there wasn't any other nearby options. After paying 26 bucks for my order, I opened the plastic container of the panang curry and transferred it to a regular cereal bowl, and it wasnt even enough to fill it up. I have been to Thai restaurants that have MUCH bigger portions for around 8-9 dollars. I then tasted the panang curry sauce, and it was the worst Ive ever tasted. You couldnt even taste the coconut milk that is supposed to be in it. Furthermore, the Pad Thai noodles were very dry and were just stuck together in a big clump. The tofu tasted like it was 2 days old. After complaining to the manager over the phone and explaining that the pricing was a complete ripoff for the amount of food that was given, the manager said they would prepare a bigger portion of the Pad Thai noodles, but not the Panang Curry. I told the manager that it was not worth it to drive all the way back there when the food was terrible in the first place. Do not go to this place unless you wanna be robbed of your money, and want to look at the worst tasting Thai Food in the CSRA.
