Took a rep over 2 weeks to contact me for an estimate. Then once the rep finally came out to our house to inspect, person was never to be seen or heard from again. We never recieved an estimate except for a ballpark verbal estimate which was higher than 5 other HVAC companies we had in our home for estimates.
