After years of efforts, our scientists have introduced an all-around membrane protein immunogen preparation platform, allowing efficient immunization and antibody selection in multiple formats including liposomes, polymers, nanodiscs, designed peptides, DNA immunization, whole cell presentation, etc. Aided by these strategies, many GPCR immunogens, ion channel immunogens and transporter immunogens have been successfully obtained.
