Don't ever buy a car on the Boston Road site.They sold me a car without a title and when I tried to get my money back, the manager was out of sight. After back and forth phone calls and demanding my money back they finally gave it to me. They are running a dirty business.

Tires for Life...What a Joke!!!!! OOOps, this was review was meant for Bertera Jeep, of West Springfield.
Very poor customer service as we FINALLY meet the criteria for our replacement tires. Because of one missed tire rotation, which they NEVER reminded me of (isn't that why we bring our vehicles in for service,) and with several reminders to the service advisors,(John in particulat) as my tires were nearly bald, they neglected to advise me appropriately. The General Manager,Gabe you know who you are,... would not even meet with me face to face, and apparently the only way to get a hold of the owner is by mail... what a joke. Don't buy a vehicle hear...and if you do...don't expect them to stand by their customer when the deal is done.
