I have a commitment to be direct with empathy and compassion to each and every client I work with in my office. Therapy should be solution focused with a clearly defined plan driven by the client.

I understand the struggle when attempting to cope with transitions, loss, betrayal, changes. I understand what hopelessness does to the narrative in one’s mind. I know the impact of shame. I also know there is healing and relief. I support you to begin that healing journey now.
