Millbrook Training Center and Spa is a disappointment. The work out room is small, dimly lit, and rarely cleaned. The free weight area is unorganized with weights on the floor making it difficult to find a spot to work out. There is one bottle of spray cleaner for the entire room, which no one evers uses. If you care about minimal cleanliness, then be prepared to clean equipment before you use it. Most of the equipment is old and not maintained by the owner.

The women's locker room is filthy! Carpeting is ancient and encrusted with years of filth. The shower room has not had a decent cleaning ever. The pink walls are covered in grime, shower stalls are yellow with scum, and the exhaust fan barely works due to being covered with dust and dirt. Watch the shower curtain! Mold. This room is also dimly lit and the owner apparently does not believe in replacing blown bulbs. For an extra $30.00 each month, you can join The Charter Club and use a private and clean locker room (well, as clean as the owner deems).

There are few aerobic machines and few members bother to wipe them down after sweating on them for 30 or more minutes. The nicest area is a small pilates studio, although no one cleans those machines either.

I do not use the pool, so cannot comment.

If you want to spend a lot of money for very little, then I suggest you join the Millbrook Training Center and Spa. And if you love receiving no customer service, then MTC is the place for you
