Today 6/19/15 I was able to pick up my vehicle after 3 days. My Chevrolet Tahoe, had problems with the air conditioning changing from cold air to hot air on its own without any control adjustment. I took my vehicle in and was told it was two doors deep in the dash that needed to be replaced. The cost quoted was $550 to $600 at the most. When I picked the vehicle up the bill was $1,569 and without any calls from them that the quoted price would increase 2 ½ times without discussion. I did call them 3 times and no one ever even hinted that the cost was going to be astronomical or change above the quoted estimate. Miller Brothers in Gibbs/ Corryton, Tennessee, took complete advantage of me and my loyalty to this auto repair shop is now a thing of the past! Having just received the vehicle back, I have no idea if the repairs made fixed the problem. I hope to revisit here in the future to elaborate. I have used Miller Brothers in Gibbs many times in the last 6 years for all repairs but this has taught me a valuable lesson and I shall never return.
