He combines his surgical expertise and aesthetic skill with a personal approach. He’s dedicated to building trust and rapport with his patients in Los Angeles where he takes time to fully inform them about their conditions and treatment options.

Dr. Salkinder received his medical degree from the Latvian Medical Academy, and then completed residencies in otolaryngology at SUNY Buffalo Affiliated Hospitals and Sisters Charity Hospital in Buffalo, New York, as well as general surgery residencies at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and Cabrini Medical Center in New York City.
