Mother Appalachia was founded in 2012 under a different name, Happy-Hookah. As recent college graduates from Georgia State University, we noticed that there was no place to purchase hookah and similar items in downtown Atlanta. What started as primarily a hookah and smoke shop eventually became the all-encompassing store you see today.

The name of our store was changed from Happy-Hookah to Mother Appalachia. Mother Appalachia is a name that better represents what is sold today. There are over 10,000 unique items inside. Everything from Incense, candles, sage, jewelry, and crystals along with what we started with, hookah, rolling papers, glass pipes, cbd, and more.

At Mother Appalachia you will find what you need, but if we don’t have it, we will try our best to get it. We pride ourselves on the ability to find missing products.
