Of course Tom P. is the congenital lying owner and his post is even a lie. He was paid by check (in full) the very day he completed the first round of the service (and cashed the check the very next day which is proof of payment). He never showed back up as promised to complete the job which was left half completed. This guy is a liar of the first order. Shop or use his services at your own peril.

If you are looking for an experience with extremely poor customer service, where the owner makes up lies as he goes to account for his absolute lack of customer service, then Mountain Home Utopia is the place for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a quality experience with a reputable owner who cares about satisfying the customer, Mountain Home Utopia is NOT the place for you.
