Dr. David Picarello has been providing Chiropractic Care in Ahwatukee and the surrounding area for over 18 years.

Our primary goal is to assist our patients with achieving and maintaining optimum health by providing the highest quality of care for Auto Accidents and Whiplash Trauma, and Sports, Home and Work Injuries.

At Mountain Park Chiropractic we understand that patients respond differently to treatment. For this reason, we tailor a plan of action to meet your specific needs, goals & unique health condition. We work cooperatively with other health care professionals and refer to specialists when needed.

Dr. Picarello's method of treatment includes: Diversified Chiropractic Techniques, Thompson Drop, Cox Flexion Distraction, and Activator, in conjunction with Ultrasound, Muscle Stim, Interferential Therapy (TENS), Hot and Cold Modalities and Massage. We also provide X-Rays, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Exercise as well as Nutirional Support.
