Our move turned out to be a little bigger than we expected, as prior to moving in to our place, we did not have a third bedroom or garage. The guys at Mover Pros were so flexible and helpful. Not only did they face the challenge head on, they were able to fit it into one load without a single item being damaged.

Our moving team took considerable care when dis-assembling and re-assembling our furniture and other items. They wrapped our couches and tables for safe moving and allowed us to borrow used blankets they had open with no cost. While the final bill was certainly expensive, it was well worth the peace of mind and stress-free move! I hope to not be moving again, but if I do, Mover Pros will be my first call!

I wasn't at the old house when they were finishing up and they left some large pieces that we wanted them to take. I left a message expressing my displeasure and received a prompt call from Mike offering to send a crew (at his expense) pick up and drop off the remaining items. We were able to schedule a reasonable time for this extra pick up (it wasn't like he threw me a crew at the end of the day).

First time moving out of the Bay area from SF to Mountain View. While i was hesitant about using a moving company, i knew it would be tough with no family around to help with the process.

I found Mover Pros on the City Search page and had a team of 3 people pretty much manage my entire moving process. They were extremely quick and efficient from wrapping all our kitchen goods to taking apart our platform bed. They walked us through the whole process making it a simple, quick, and surprisingly enjoyable experience.

I would highly recommend Mover pros to anyone looking to move in the greater Bay Area. They will definitely be my first call for my next major move.

MY recent experience with a long distance mover was pretty average, or what you could except with an endeavor such as this. We moved from from San Jose to Los Angeles with a whole household of furniture and other smaller items. At first glance it seemed that the movers, San Jose movers were going to be a bit troublesome. When they initially quoted the estimate, the price was within reason compared to the other companies offering this moving service, and after coming to our residence there were no hidden fees that were expected. After a bit of investigative work, we found that to be a bit of an industry standard. We chose them to ship our items long distance because they seemed the most professional compared to the other movers that we had spoken to. The move and transition was easy and smooth. The San Jose movers was on time, and delivered the items without any noticeable damage or signs of ill-handling. I found after reading reviews on other sites and company this to be somewhat shocking. Overall the experience was certainly the best that I could hope for, considering that I had all my personal possessions and a whole household of items in the hands of a few people. This feeling certainly does not set in until the moving truck is all packed up and you're staring at an empty house. All and all long distance moving is not my forte or something I would like to do again, but if I had to I would certainly choose them again.

Moving is always hectic and hard. With Mover Pros, you can rest assure that you are in good hands. Dave and his 2 crews came on time, move my furniture's with expertise and delivered them in one piece. They are extremely efficient, diligent, and professional. There are no hidden fees and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Highly recommended.

Recently we used Mover Pros for a long distance move about 4 hours away from where I recently resided. I don't really know which moving company to go with at first so I figured locals movers would be the first place to look. overall it was a really great experience. The movers that helps loading my staff in the track were very nice and professional and most importantly on time. Then came driving the vehicle. The vehicles are clean and seems like they are relatively new even if they may not be. The air conditioning worked, which was probably the best part of all. And it wasn't very hard to drive either. I have a ford escort so obviously this vehicle was much bigger but not over overwhelming. When I got to my destination, I had a new group of movers with that arrived. Movers were great they managed to move all the big items like oak dressers up the stairs with no damages. I even tipped them when they left because they were a good group of guys. Overall if your looking for a moving company that is professional and on time, without hidden fees, I would highly recommended them. They only other time I moved I use a different company, whose name I was not disclose, and it was not a very good experience.

I was impressed with the speed and the quality. 2 guys (David & leon) came in time. We scheduled on the second half of the day so, I prepared myself to see tired people who won't be working too fast. That was fine to me since I booked 4 hours anyway (it was Saturday). Surprisingly, they were very fast - I could only dream about this. My appt was a townhouse at the second floor, there were stairs to deal with (both inside and outside). The guys did all just fine. One of the sofa's pieces was too large to fit the stairs and they moved it thru a neighbor's balcony.

I requested the move only about a week prior, and they were able to get everything rolling immediately. They assessed the office situation and how much time it would take to complete the move. I opted to have them pack it all and move it because there was just so much stuff.

It was fantastic. I stayed at the office through the move to make sure everything went all and that there were no issues with computers, monitors etc. Mike was incredibly helpful and an all around nice guy. He was thorough and asked me where each item would ultimately go. That was it. They took it from there.

I didn't have to pack a thing, they did it all for us. By the end of the day my new office was set up and ready for business the next day. You really can't ask for anything more.

I shopped around a bit, getting quotes from several companies. What made Mover Pros stand out was Mike responsiveness. He picked up the phone when I called (so I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back), he explained the moving process in great detail, he went over all possible charges, and he advised me of ways I could avoid extra charges. He then followed up that call with an email. This made me feel that he really valued my business. No other company followed up with me after the quote.

Mike gave me a 30-minute window during which the movers would arrive, and they were right on time. The three movers (Aldo, Pablo, and Orlando) were amazingly friendly and helpful. I'm sure they could tell I'd never attempted a move like this, and they were very patient answering my questions and making the process as easy for me as possible. They were also very careful with my things, and they managed to take care of the entire move in five hours. Honestly, I expected it to take longer. Oh, and I should mention that absolutely nothing was damaged, which surprised and pleased me since I have a lot of glass-fronted furniture.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with Mover Pros. I chose them because of the detailed information they asked for on the web form and the follow up questions Melissa sent by email. That made me think the estimate she provided would be accurate--and it was--practically to the penny. What I really like about Mover Pros was the fact that I didn't have to worry about my furniture. Since I talked to Melissa I got a great vibe from her and her business. The move was done quickly, on time, and with a professional manner, and without a single problem. Top level service, budget friendly, worth every cent and I would have paid more for the quality we received from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to let them do it! Thank you Melissa, Agustin and Juan from the bottom of our hearts.
