Gavin Woods is a Nurse Practitioner NP-C at Freedom Healthcare’s (FHC) Sandy location. Gavin received a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Weber State University, a Masters degree in Nursing from Graceland University and is certified in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS).
