From my educational advancement and my work experience in behavioral health, I am aware of the impact psychosocial stressors and childhood trauma /stressor can have on individuals. It is not uncommon for one's life to unravel. This may be expressed as various mental health symptoms.
My great passion is to create a safe and non-judgement space for my clients to be heard. My approach is to empower patients by providing an understanding through education about their psychiatric condition, provide helpful therapy modalities or resources to help clients and prescribe the appropriate evidence based and individualized medication regimen to help alleviate their symptoms.
