Vital Family Healthcare is a female owned and operated medical clinic. Together we have over 35+ years in the healthcare industry. Eileen, our Nurse Practitioner has a vast range of knowledge in acute and chronic health management from ages 0-100. Jaclyn has been working as a healthcare administrator for over 10 years and has a wide range of experience and knowledge regarding healthcare resources, medical organization management, and insurance.
We want our patients to feel taken care of and most importantly like they are home.
