The presence of my Miami DUI Lawyer from Musca made all the difference in the license hearing that I was forced to attend before the DUI trial started. I considered representing myself for this hearing, but pulled in my lawyer at the last minute. I am now confident that I would have lost my license until the trial if I wasn't able to take advantage of my lawyers experience and arguments during that hearing. I am very impressed with what he did for me there, and I will be allowed to keep my license thanks to his efforts.

I would be more than happy to work with a Musca law lawyer again if I end up with another DUI. I know that there are some people that go to jail for DUI’s, so I consider my simple fine to be very fair, and better than what would have happened to me if I didn’t have her there to help me out. I really have to give some credit to Musca Law for what they were able to accomplish with my DUI. I figured that it was a pretty cut & dry case, and that I was guaranteed guilty. My Musca Law attorney explained to me that was not the case. He opened my eyes to many new options, and suggested several ways to deal with the charges. We ended up negotiating a plea bargain that included no jail time whatsoever, and only a couple weeks of community service.

I was pulled over last Mardis Gras in Miami. I was a little drunk, but nothing that affected my driving. I couldn’t tell that to the police on the scene, but my DUI lawyers from Musca Law was able to use the test results to dimiss the charge. Thanks a ton Musca Law!
