BUYER BEWARE! Please be aware that this business overcharged us over $50 plus additional shipping costs! We placed a simple order for a quantity of 250 tubes but were shipped and charged for 360 tubes. When we contacted Nagel Papers about this error they explained that it is common practice to ship either more items or less items that are ordered. They were willing to credit back a partial amount of the overcharged amount and the order charge penalty fee. As for the additional shipping costs related to shipping us 110 MORE TUBES THAN ORDERED, well, I guess that was on our dime! There was not reimbursement for that part of their error. BUYER BEWARE. In my opinion, an error on the part of the company should not cost the customer.
