North Florida Leisure inc. is a locally owned business serving the NorthEast Florida area with over 35 years of owner experience. At the helm of NFL Inc is James Couturier, a state-certified contractor since 1994.

Mr. Couturier got his start in this specialized industry beginning in 1985 at the young age of 18. He would be the first to say that he was fortunate to have been mentored by several business owners that instilled in him the integrity and work ethics it takes to succeed.
