I cannot express just how much I regret doing business with this place.
The staff there is not even remotely knowledgeable about anything. Even the easiest questions they can’t answer. The answers you do get are total lies.
The pricing there not only for equipment, but for service as well are ridiculously high. I try to shop local when I can, but just can’t see paying twice what something is worth, and buying it from someone who isn’t trustworthy. I mean this place will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to buy something. The computers they sell as for desktops are all “built in house”, there are no name brands so good luck with your warranty since only they can service it. Don’t even get me started on the crap laptops they sell. It’s all over priced junk.
I honestly have no idea how this place stays in business. Please do yourself a favor, make the drive to Best Buy. Their prices are better, and they sell name brands.
Same goes for service, whatever you do DO NOT take your computer there for repair. They will charge you a fortune only to give you back your computer with all your data gone and only partially fixed (and that’s if you’re lucky). But again like I said, the people there have no clue as to what they are doing.
Oh, they sell cell phones too. And will tell you anything just to get you to sign up. The when you get your first bill (after the 30 day cancelation period) do you find out the truth.
This business should be avoided at all costs. Learn from my experience, don’t take the chance of losing money like I did.
