O’Connor & Associates had great services with consultants exhibiting good communication, professionalism and providing clear process documentation. Undoubtedly I would suggest them to anyone who is in need of a tax reduction consultant.

Heerema did a great job. The deal I had with O’Connor & Associates, frankly, in my opinion, quite possibly among the most competent of any real estate consultant ever certified to practice, was fruitful. She prepared the documents for the appeal process meticulously. You can trust these people.

So we hired Bill from O’Connor for property tax reduction for my new property in Houston. He did a decent job and he saved me $600. He was nice in letting me follow him around, explaining to me each and every aspect considered vital for tax reduction. I would recommend him.

Previously, I was assisted by another consultant with whom I was not satisfied. While O’Connor & Associates was good to be associated with, Kirk, a senior property tax consultant there, was the real reason whom we were happy with. He has assisted us on more than one occasion, and he proactively contacted us to keep us up-to-date and informed about the property tax process. He’s genuine, honest, and we felt comfortable working with him. He is very trustworthy.
