This Cheri person must have been at the wrong salon. I've been a customer of Off The Top for years and they are nothing but professional. Hair Nazi's - I think someone is watching a little too much Seinfeld. The owner of the salon is a very sweet person that would never evenspeak out of line let alone boss people around. And by the way, aren't hair stylists supposed to give you consultations as to what style and/or color will look the best on you. They are the experts. Anyone who is anyone knows that you will leave this salon looking and feeling good without anyone talking behind your back. The salon is full of regulars who know one another and have a good time while getting pampered. If you ask me, I should be paying more money than I do because the prices are a steal. Hair Nazi's-no, Magicians- yes!

This was the most unprofessional salon I've been to. Owner was rude and looked unhappy. She was clearly making fun of customers as they left etc... She was dictating to customers what hair styles,colors she would do!!! She also made it clear they had to adjust to her concerning days and appointments!!! She also seemd to be sitting around while she ordered her coworkers around. Her people skills are zero! I will not visit these Hair Nazi's ever again!! A truly horrible experience!!! Don't waste your money in this nasty place!!!
