This business has certainly changed from when it was run by the previous owners. It appears the new owners are a bit greedy and are not particularly interested in doing a good job. I had two trailer tires mounted and balanced and they couldn’t even inflate the tires to the recommended pressure. When I got them home and put them back on my trailer it looked like I had two flat tires. I found that they filled the tires to 25 PSI (perhaps OK for an automobile) but not to 50 PSI which is required for trailer tires. When I called them about the problem they had little interest in correcting the problem unless I was willing to drive the trailer down to them with the flat tires so that they could inflate them. I had been doing business with this company for over 25 years but after several bad experiences I will never come back. I would suggest that you look for someone else to do your tire and wheel work if you want the job done properly.
