One Medical Seniors is on a mission to provide comprehensive primary care for adults 65+ and on Medicare. Our care model is designed around building a strong relationship between you and your care team — including your primary care provider, Health Coach, and other healthcare professionals. They partner with you, your family, your caregivers, and other specialists, to provide the best care possible.
And we're not just here for when you're sick or injured. We also offer mental health services, preventive care, chronic care management, and more to help you live a happier, healthier life.
