Optimal Physical Therapy And Rehabilitation, LLC (Optimal) is privately owned and operated by physical therapists, dedicated to providing optimal care.

Optimal strives to become a gold standard for other physical therapy practices. We will provide care that exceeds patient's expectations. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of each patient, taking into account each individual's goal.
