Pacific Air Comfort Inc in Eugene-springfield is the most unprofessional company I have had the misery to deal with. They installed my heat pump impropperly and not up to code, and are now trying to say I had another company service my unit and its their fault it broke. I have had no one but pacific air work on the heat pump and it has broken down 8 times in 6 years and now I have to pay upwards of 8 to 10 thousand dollars for a new install on a home that is 6 years old. Shame on you Pacific Air!! You should stand behing your work and your products!! Stay away from these people they dont know what they are doing nor do they run a fair business.
