Partner has a strong presence in Austin, Texas. The Partner Austin office provides Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Testing, Property Condition Assessments, and Asbestos Surveys in support of commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Partner's Austin office allows Partner direct acess to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality offices in order to conduct regulatory file reviews for sites throughout the State of Texas.
