When you are having a bit of a crisis and need help, you want to know you can rely on those who come to your aid. During these hot days, we had some AC problems and called Patriot Pros. Not only did they answer the phone when we called, they acknowledged our crisis and jumped in to gear to help. They dispatched a technician that same day, and they had the parts and transparent pricing about the repair. Robert Schultze was our technician and he was amazing. Now that the AC is repaired and the house is starting to cool off again, we can honestly say we are very satisfied with Patriot Pros. We had a crisis and they came to our rescue.
