Your guy changed the price on me he told me it was going to be one price to let me into my house and then when he was done the price had gone up! Not happy!!!

STAY AWAY They lied (repeatedly) about how long it would take to come out. They lied about being able to save our original lock. Then they replaced the whole thing without telling me that's what they were going to do, leaving me with a bunch of useless keys. When I suggested they make a few copies of the new key for free they refused and we exchanged profanities. It was charming. I'll be putting a stop on the payment. Awful.

They Have 4 Locations And There A rip off company with 5 complains at BBB who pretends to be local 485$ for a car key????

It was the day of my son’s birthday party and I had all his presents in the trunk. Somehow I dropped the keys in the trunk with the gifts and locked it in. Thank you so much for getting his presents out of the car in a timely fashion.

Last night I let go of an employee who was trying to steal merchandise. I needed someone to come out around 11pm to change the locks because the employee had a set of keys. This company sent someone out within 20 minutes and rekeyed all of the locks within another 20. Thrilled that this process was so fast.
