FIVE STARS for Peak Fitness in Seymour, Ct! The staff is fabulous...helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable....They have just about every type of class available, and the price is included in the monthly fee...Great Instructors...My entire family goes...My husband has lost almost 40 pounds, myself, almost 30 pounds, and our daughter 15 pounds..all since the beginning of February! There is always someone there to assist you if you have questions....Kudos to all @ Peak Fitness!
