About us

Peak Performance & Recovery was designed with the mission to create a luxurious boutique style neighborhood gym with the state-of-the art, fitness and recovery equipment all under one roof. From top of the line equipment to wellness treatment rooms, PPR was created to be the ultimate training destination for professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and everything in between.

To get the most out of your workout, proper recovery is crucial. So we have provided top of the line equipment, previously only available to elite athletes. Our recovery rooms feature Wholebody Cryotherapy, Localized Cryotherapy, Normatec Compression Therapy, Celluma and Infrared sauna combined with dry heat.

We have Trainers who care and take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your PEAK.

We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
