Oh how I wish that I had paid attention to all the bad reviews I read before using carpet cleaning services. But, I didn't. Instead, I decided to go with the couple of good reviews figuring that more people write bad reviews than good., I left and returned in time to pay the gentleman - standing outside in the driveway. When I walked into the house, it smelled okay and that was it. Other than vaccuming and spreading a scent around, I could not tell that the carpets had been cleaned. There was no evidence of spot cleaning or strain treatment

Pete's Carpet CleaniWe purchased carpet for an investment property, the price was very good in comparison with other dealers...it has yet to be installed so, I can't say anything about the installers. However, their customer service department is the WORST that I've ever encountered. The carpet we paid for wasn't immediately available, so we had to wait for delivery. I've made at least 6 calls to them to arrange for installation...NOT ONCE did they call me back as promised. When I've called to find out when I could expect delivery, I was bounced from department to department, and then given voicemail, and didn't get a return call. It has been close to 10 days since we ordered, and I still can't get a straight answer from them!!! They are a very frustrating company to work with, and if it wasn't for the price and the perfect color that I found with them, I would've cancelled the order long ago.ng in Fairview is

Collins did the carpet and tile in our home. We were disappointed with the shower tile, as we were told that it would be no slicker than the roughened, smaller tile. I took a back fall and got a concussion. We have since removed this tile and put in a much safer tile.

Go somewhere else! When they make a measuring mistake, they tell you there will be a seam on your floor, OR you can wait another two weeks for them to return.

They did the worst job ever. One room wasn't even clean when he was done. I would NEVER let them do my house again. I guess I'll stick with Stanley because they did a much nicer job for me.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. left my carpet soaked with water. waited 4 hours and carpet still so wet and when I called to ask what I should do about it they refuse to assist me and they said that's my own problem. Don't ever use this dishonest company.
