Physiopuncture is the term used when treating the whole body using the unique combination of Physical Therapy with the ancient art of Acupuncture. It brings the best of both treatment modalities together to get a complete healing of the body.

The physical therapy aspect of treatment specializes in an advanced form of manual therapy called Manual Therapy Essentials. It is a way to diagnose and treat the primary tissues that are causing the dysfunction in the body. The techniques used are gentle and tissue-specific and allow the body to release, change, and heal itself effectively and efficiently.

The acupuncture then brings the energy and vitality back to the tissues being worked on while balancing the energy throughout body. I have found it to be a very efficient and effective way to help people get back to doing what they love to do.

After an extensive intake and diagnostic evaluation, an individualized treatment plan will be developed that incorporates your goals to help you get back to a healthy life. The treatments will be one on one and may include manual therapy, acupuncture, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. A home exercise program will also be given including exercises, stretching, and dietary and life style recommendations.
