DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!! When I called for a car on christmas day around 9pm, the female dispatcher was an ABSOLUTE FIRST CLASS 100 PERCENT BITCH! What a fucking bad attitude. She puts me on hold then goes up my ass for not having all my information together when she gets back on the line-which takes about 4-5 seconds to get. When I asked her for her name, she refused to to give it to me. She totally deserves to be fired, and I am going to make sure she gets canned for being such an unprofessional smart ass. I normally let this kind of stupid shit go, but this bitch really pissed me off big time. ALSO, THE CARS ARE TOTALLY LAME. I MEAN, NO SHOCKS AT ALL. I CAN'T IMAGINE THAT THIS VEHICLE PASSED INSPECTION.
