Prairie Family Medicine PLLC in Hayden is the worst most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. The staff the doctors the PA's are uncaring and unknowledgeble. For over 2 yrs my daughter has been a patient there and has had some serious health problems. A head injury that resulted in bleeding in the brain, she was told to go home and sleep it off. We took her to urgent care and she was immediately hospitalized. She has had tests run that the Drs. there didn't have the knowledge to know the meds she was on would interfere with the results. She has had a lump near her thyroid for over a year and was told it was just a lymphnode. During a visit to her dentist she was told it was a nodule and she should have it checked. Last week she had an ultrasound, 3 masses were found on the thyroid. She has been calling for a week to find out results and was told they haven't received them yet when in fact they got them the next day !!! If you value your life you will find another Dr. sooner than later. I could go on and on about the incompetence of these people !!
