Precision Shelters, an Explorandi Company, was founded on the idea that quality and consistency matter. Five years ago, as we looked at the storm shelters market, we realized that the industry was broken. Customer service was bad. You couldn’t get someone to return your call. There were too many fly-by-night operations. Our friends were putting down deposits, never again to hear from the person who sold it to them. Worst of all, the shelters were poorly made and installed. Crooked, rusty, and thinly built, the shelters we saw weren’t good enough for our families. It wasn’t just disappointing… it made us angry.
