My personal opinion is not to do business with these folks. I had a radon systems that had an issue and I called them because they are a local installer of the system. A fellow shows up without any tools and within minutes states that the machine is old and out dated (the systems was just put in the house new a few years earlier). He informs me it is best to just buy and install a new system which would cost around $6000 dollars and they could do it later in the week. He didn't even know how to turn it off and the off switch was on the front of the machine. He mentioned he would have a written estimate for me the next day. I told him, I was going to get a 2nd opinion since I heard these machine last for a long time and was a large purchase. In all the guy was there about a half hour.
I called a another water system from the next town and they were there the following day. Within 15 minutes this young fellow had it working and the cost was under $300 dollars.
Professional Water Systems completely mislead me and attempted to over sell me. A few days later someone called me from Professional Water Systems with an estimate which was around $7000 dollars. I explained that another company came in and fixed the machine and I wouldn't need their services. They said to expect a bill for their time. Time which they didn't nothing but mislead me and insult my intelligence. Currently RON (their money guy, as he says) is trying to collect $115 dollars. DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE...
