this is one of the greatest experiences i have ever had. the gym is fantastic, and the trainers are excellent. they go beyond the call of just being trainers to really help you on a personal level. they are very kind, personable and considerate. i have known the owner Quinn for a number of years, and can i can say from personal experience that he is the best trainer head and shoulders above the rest. he is patient and understanding, and his goal is to get people into good health. he is a very personable person, and a lot of fun.
my prayer for the new year is that God will continue to bless Quinn and Q fitness abundantly and that every need in his life will be met.
